Four Filipino seafarers who served on board the M/V GFS Galaxy have safely returned to the Philippines. They arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport on July 19, where they were welcomed by representatives of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and provided with immediate assistance.

The seafarers were among those affected by the recent maritime security incident involving the vessel.
