ITALY — Several investors and yacht-building companies have expressed interest in acquiring all or parts of The Italian Sea Group (TISG) as the Italian luxury yacht manufacturer moves forward with a competitive sale process amid ongoing restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

The process is being managed by Meti Corporate Finance and KPMG Advisory, which have been tasked with identifying potential investors and assisting with negotiations. The restructuring could involve the sale of company assets or a share transaction supported by a capital increase aimed at strengthening the business.

The potential transaction covers significant parts of TISG\'s operations, including shipyard facilities and yacht brands such as Admiral, Tecnomar, Perini Navi, and Picchiotti, along with interests in other businesses and its Turkish subsidiary. The company specializes in the construction and refitting of luxury yachts.

Prospective investors are expected to submit non-binding indicative proposals by September 15, 2026, followed by binding offers by October 15, 2026. The outcome of the process could determine the future ownership and structure of the Italian yacht-building group as efforts continue to stabilize its operations and financial position.
